The Florida Panthers have announced that they have signed center Mark Cullen to a one-year contract. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. In 62 games last season with Rockford of the AHL, he had 21 goals and 32 assists for 53 points. This is really just a depth signing for the Panthers, as Cullen will likely spend most of next season in the minors, where he will provide plenty of scoring depth for Rochester of the AHL.
