Coyotes Sign Mathieu Beaudoin to One-Year Contract

According to the hockeynews.com, the Phoenix Coyotes have re-signed right wing Mathieu Beaudoin to a one-year contract. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. He would have been an unrestricted free agent on July 1. In 63 games last season with San Antonio of the AHL, he had 21 goals and 30 assists for 51 points. He has yet to appear in an NHL game. This is really just a depth signing for the Coyotes, as Beaudoin will likely spend all of next season in the minors once again.
