Lightning Sign Adam Hall to One-Year Contract

The Tampa Bay Lightning announced today that they have signed center Adam Hall to a one-year contract worth $600,000. He would have been an unrestricted free agent on July 1. In all 82 games last season, he had seven goals and 11 assists for 18 points. He also added one goal and four assists for five points in 18 playoff games. Not a bad depth signing for the Lightning, as Hall is a great role player on the ice. He plays hard every shift, has some two-way ability, and brings some skill to the penalty kill. Hall should continue to be an effective fourth line center for the team next season.
