Panthers Re-Sign McArdle, Plante, Duco
The Florida Panthers have announced that they have re-signed left wings Kenndal McArdle and Mike Duco and goaltender Tyler Plante to one-year, two-way contracts. The financial terms of all three deals were not disclosed. The McArdle signing isn't bad for the Panthers, as he plays with plenty of energy and brings toughness to the lineup. Look for him to try to secure a fourth line roster spot at training camp. Duco could make the team as a fourth line energy forward next season, but will have to battle for the role at training camp. Plante will likely spend most of next season in the minors.
