Panthers Sign Paetsch, Re-Sign Garrison

The Florida Panthers added some defensive depth to their roster to day by signing defenseman Nathan Paetsch to a one-year contract. The team also announced that they have re-signed defenseman Jason Garrison to a two-year contract. Financial terms of both deals were not disclosed. These are not bad depth signings for the Panthers, as both players will bring defensive depth to the club. Paetsch is a versatile player, as he can also play on the wing, and is a decent skater, while Garrison brings offensive and puckmoving skill to the blueline.
