Ducks Sign Free Agent Forward Josh Green

The Anaheim Ducks have announced that they have signed left wing Josh Green to a one-year contract. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. In 47 games last season with MODO of the Swedish league, he had 12 goals and eight assists for 20 points and 79 penalty minutes. This is nothing more than a depth signing for the Ducks, as Green will likely spend most of next season in the minors, where he will provide plenty of toughness for the team's AHL affiliate.
