Predators Sign Defenseman Brett Palin

The Nashville Predators have announced that they have signed defenseman Brett Palin to a one-year, two-way contract contract. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. In 21 games last season with Abbotsford of the AHL, he had three assists. He has yet to appear in an NHL game. This is really just a depth signing for the Predators, as Palin will likely play most of next season in the minors, bringing plenty of defensive depth to their AHL affiliate.
