Sharks Re-Sign Forward Zalewski

The San Jose Sharks have announced that they have re-signed center Steven Zalewski to a one-year contract. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. In three games last season with the Sharks, he had no points. He also appeared in 78 games with Worcester of the AHL, scoring 22 goals and 40 assists for 62 points. This is really just a depth signing for San Jose, as Zalewski is likely to spend most of next season in the minors.
