NY Islanders Sign Forward Jeremy Yablonski

The New York Islanders have announced that they have signed right wing Jeremy Yablonski to a one-year, two-way contract. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. In 27 games last season with Binghamton of the AHL, he had one goal and 128 penalty minutes. This is really just a depth signing for the Islanders, as Yablonski will likely spend all of next season in the minors, bringing plenty of toughness to their AHL affiliate.
